Basically, the less intense your workouts are the more time you’ll need to spend doing it. More intense, less time. For example 10 min of high intense circuit/crossfit workout will be somewhat relative to 50 min of low intensity yoga/spinning/elliptical/arc trainer/jogging. Simple.
How interesting! And pretty important to consider when [re]evaluating your goals.

Problem with that- I have to buy all new belts because it kind of doesn’t serve the purpose I want it to if they’re too big lol
Look at this old picture I found of myself when I was about 16. Depressing and encouraging at the same time. I was so much smaller then. I didn’t have a double chin! lol I can get back here. Possibly even smaller. Just takes motivation.
I’m doing it online because I don’t really care for the meetings.
Also I bought myself a new scale that I believe is more accurate than the Curves one I started with.
